
Ingredients
*Makes 2 chicken patties
1 chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning of choice (paprika, chicken spice, dried herbs etc.)
250ml cornflakes, crushed
Method
1. Blend the chicken breast, salt, pepper and seasoning of your choice together.
2. Place the crushed cornflakes on a flat plate.
3. Divide the chicken breast mixture in half.
4. Take half the chicken breast mixture and roll on the crushed cornflakes, gently flatten the pattie forming the shape and thickness you want.
5. In a pan, fry the patties in some oil until golden brown and cooked through.
