
Ingredients
1 Weet-bix
5ml desiccated coconut
2ml cocoa powder
30ml milk
30ml plain yogurt
Cinnamon
Method
1. Place your weet-bix in a suitable container.
2. Add the coconut and cocoa powder to the weet-bix.
3. Pour enough hot water over to dissolve the weet-bix and mix well.
4. Add the milk and mix.
5. Spoon the yogurt on top and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Serves 1.
