Ingredients
60ml margarine
180ml sugar
60ml milk
20ml cocoa powder
60ml peanut butter
2.5ml vanilla essence
300ml oats
Method
1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add sugar, milk and cocoa powder.
3. Simmer for 2 minutes while stirring.
4. Add peanut butter and vanilla essence.
5. Mix until the peanut butter has melted then turn off the off.
6. Mix in the oats until combined.
7. Scoop tabelspoonful’s on a sheet of baking paper.
8. Once cooled I like to store them in the freezer and eat them cold.
