
Ingredients
1 tin caramel
250ml cream
1 packet boudoir fingers biscuits
250ml black coffee
Cocoa powder for dusting
Method
1. Beat the caramel in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Add the cream to the caramel and beat until smooth and well combined.
3. Dip half the packet of lady fingers in the coffee and place at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
4. Spread half the caramel mixture on top of the lady fingers.
5. Dip the other half of the lady fingers in the coffee and place them on top of the caramel layer.
6. Spread the other half of the caramel mixture on top of the lady fingers.
7. Use a sieve to dust a thin layer of cocoa powder on top.
8. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
