pancakes

Ingredients

500ml flour
10ml baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
625ml water
60ml oil
Cinnamon sugar

Method

1. Whisk everything together until smooth.
2. Let the batter stand for at least 30 minutes.
3. Scoop about 1/3 cup of batter into a lightly greased pan and swirl it around to form a thin pancake.
4. Fry the pancake over medium heat for about 30 seconds then flip it.
5. Sprinkle each pancake with cinnamon sugar and roll them up.
6. Makes about 30 pancakes.
